Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client consultations for fragrance and beauty products across a mobile territory in the Newcastle/Gateshead area.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and upsell complementary product ranges to drive revenue and basket value.
- Represent the brand at pop-ups, private client appointments, events and other off-site retail activations, ensuring immaculate presentation and adherence to Chanel standards.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through fragrance profiling, bespoke sampling and make-up/skincare demonstrations tailored to clientele.
- Maintain and grow a client book using proactive clienteling techniques; schedule follow-ups and record interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Operate mobile POS and handle transactions, returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Manage inventory for the mobile operation, including stock reconciliation, replenishment requests and loss-prevention measures.
- Ensure compliance with brand visual merchandising, packaging and presentation standards during all client interactions and events.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience within prestige fragrance or beauty, ideally with a luxury or premium maison.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Impeccable personal presentation, polished communication skills and the ability to represent a high‑end brand with discretion.
- Right to work in the UK and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle or reliable means of travel across the Newcastle/Gateshead catchment area.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years' experience in luxury beauty or fragrance sales, with proven success in building a client book and delivering measurable sales performance in a premium retail environment.
Education
Secondary education (GCSEs or equivalent); formal beauty or cosmetics qualifications (NVQ, diploma or similar) are advantageous but not mandatory.
