Chanel internship: Process Engineer for makeup production in Chamant, France. One-year alternance program starting October 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on production performance metrics (OEE, TRS), quality indicators, and lead times
- Facilitate and animate cross-functional working groups addressing packaging and molding process optimization (5S, Kaizen, SMED methodologies)
- Support production teams in developing and documenting standards, procedures, visual management systems, training modules, and problem analysis
- Conduct process audits and provide technical support to production staff
- Monitor and pilot key performance indicators and productivity metrics; develop and maintain Power BI reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering school program or equivalent, ideally with specialization in Lean Management, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce project status reports and training documentation
- Demonstrated listening and interpersonal skills with ability to support team alignment around continuous improvement initiatives
- Valid driving license and personal vehicle required

Currently in engineering school or equivalent education; no prior professional experience required but enthusiasm for manufacturing optimization and process improvement is essential.
