Chanel Metal Hardware Intern in Florence, Italy — 6-month internship supporting leather goods operations and quality management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the accessories team in continuous improvement activities and process optimization
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, monitoring tables, and quality indicators
  • Assist in creating, updating, and managing technical files and component specifications
  • Prepare and manage components for testing and quality control activities
  • Progressively assume specific operational tasks to develop professional autonomy during the internship
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on hardware-related projects

Qualifications

  • Technical or engineering degree in progress or recently completed (mechanics, industrial engineering, materials, or fashion accessories specialty)
  • Experience reading technical documentation and 2D drawings, including academic background
  • Familiarity with basic dimensional control tools and measurement instruments
