Chanel internship: 12-month Merchandising Project Assistant role in Fragrance & Skincare, Neuilly-sur-Seine, starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of merchandising strategies for fragrance and skincare product lines
- Support category managers in product planning, assortment optimization, and seasonal campaign coordination
- Contribute to market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering to inform merchandising decisions
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams
- Maintain accurate product data and category documentation within merchandising systems
- Track key performance indicators and sales metrics to evaluate merchandising effectiveness
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, retail management, marketing, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated interest in luxury goods, beauty categories, or retail operations
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in French and English

Students or recent graduates with relevant coursework, internship experience, or practical knowledge in merchandising, retail, or product management are encouraged to apply.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, marketing, logistics, or a closely related field.
