Chanel internship: Merchandising Project Assistant for Fragrances & Skincare in Neuilly-sur-Seine, January 2027, 6-month contract.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic merchandising development and oversee permanent POS material projects for fragrances and skincare, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including product references, forecasting aids, and merchandising guidelines for distribution across regions
- Update planogram books and linear planograms with new product launches on internal platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing evolution and regional partner communications
- Support the coordination and preparation of monthly merchandising meetings with regional stakeholders
- Liaise with International Marketing, Creative Direction, Procurement, Regional teams, and Category Management to ensure cohesive execution
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform merchandising briefs and strategic recommendations
Qualifications
- Higher education degree in business school or university programme
- First experience in merchandising, project management, or marketing
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Sensitivity to luxury aesthetics and cosmetics market dynamics

Higher education degree from a business school or university programme is required.
