Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the creation of merchandising briefs for permanent POS materials based on new makeup product launches and oversee their development, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Update planogram books related to various fixtures.
  • Design merchandising information supports and ensure effective communication with internal partners.
  • Produce necessary documentation for project development, including reference creation, PLV sheets, forecast grids, marketing cards, and concept books.
  • Organize and prepare monthly calls with regional teams to share merchandising updates.
  • Conduct dynamic competitive merchandising analysis and market needs assessment to inform strategic thinking and briefs.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a higher education degree in business, engineering, or university studies, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship.
  • Passionate about Client Experience, Merchandising, or Retail, known for curiosity and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Skills

Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in English. Ability to conduct market analysis and competitive research.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in client experience and merchandising is essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university program.
