Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Merchandising Project Manager in the planning and execution of fragrance merchandising campaigns across retail and wholesale channels.
- Coordinate timelines, production schedules and deliverables for POS materials, displays and in-store visuals to ensure timely campaign roll-out.
- Draft merchandising briefs and visual guidelines that align with brand standards and creative direction.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (marketing, retail operations, supply chain) and external partners (agencies, suppliers, visual merchandisers) to track progress and resolve issues.
- Manage sample flows, mock-ups and approvals for display materials; maintain project documentation and asset libraries.
- Prepare presentation decks, status reports and post-campaign performance summaries for stakeholders.
- Assist with basic budget tracking and invoice follow-up related to merchandising production.
- Conduct store-level compliance checks and aggregate feedback to inform merchandising adjustments.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Luxury Management, Fashion Merchandising or a related field (required for internship status).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Keen attention to detail and a rigorous approach to brand execution and visual standards.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; professionalism in cross-functional liaison and vendor interactions.
- Interest in beauty and fragrance, with a sensitivity to luxury retail environments and customer experience.
- Prior internship experience in retail, merchandising or marketing is advantageous.

Internship-level role; candidates must be currently enrolled in a relevant degree. Previous internships (in merchandising, retail, beauty or marketing) are a plus but not mandatory.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Marketing, Luxury Management, Fashion Business, Visual Merchandising or a related discipline.
