Chanel Parfums Beauté seeks Merchandising Campaign Project Coordinator (internship) in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, starting January 2027 for 6 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the end-to-end development of merchandising assets and campaign materials (POS, events, trade, visual merchandising) for fragrance and beauty product launches across wholesale, travel retail, department stores, and boutique channels
- Produce comprehensive operational documentation including creative briefs, specifications, product reference creation, forecast grids, marketing cards, and campaign books in collaboration with project leads
- Ensure alignment of business strategy, brand image consistency, budget compliance, timeline adherence, regional requirements, and CSR objectives through market implementation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with international marketing, creative direction, procurement, forecasting, supply chain, and regional teams on project execution
- Develop planograms (In-Store Window Displays) and localization elements for regional market adaptation
- Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to inform merchandising strategy
- Design and communicate internal merchandising information materials and support documentation
- Coordinate and facilitate project governance through regional calls and steering committees, including documentation and reporting
- Contribute to strategic presentations for leadership decision-making
- Execute post-campaign qualitative and quantitative market studies and feedback analysis
- Serve as primary liaison between Paris headquarters and regional markets, providing merchandising deployment support
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies at a business school, engineering school, or university degree programme
- Demonstrated passion for customer experience, merchandising, or retail strategy
- Strong aesthetic and creative sensibility with genuine interest in the fragrance and beauty industry
- Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Proficiency with IWD, Photoshop, and SAP software (preferred)
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance
