Chanel Seoul is hiring a Membership Assistant to manage client membership operations and support CRM initiatives in Seoul.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the membership database; ensure data accuracy, segmentation and GDPR-compliant record keeping.
  • Process new member enrollments, renewals and tier changes; manage member profiles and privileges across CRM and retail systems.
  • Serve as primary operational contact for member inquiries, resolving service issues and coordinating responses with boutiques and regional teams.
  • Support CRM and marketing teams in executing membership campaigns, invitations, and personalised communications; coordinate mailings and e-communications.
  • Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards on membership KPIs, campaign effectiveness and client retention metrics.
  • Coordinate logistics for member events and private appointments; liaise with stores, concierge and customer experience teams to deliver elevated service.
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of membership benefits, vouchers and rewards together with retail and finance stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years' experience in luxury retail, clienteling, CRM administration or customer service with high-net-worth clientele.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to data quality and process adherence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience drafting personalised client communications.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel; comfort producing regular reports and analyses.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and support events outside normal hours when required.

Experience
