Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct bibliographic reviews and competitive intelligence analyses to identify innovative ingredients
- Evaluate supplier offerings and select high-value-added actives and ingredients
- Maintain and update internal ingredient database with new discoveries and specifications
- Analyze market trends in organic and optical active concepts within defined themes
- Prepare detailed materials fact sheets for laboratory and marketing distribution
- Support innovation and materials development initiatives within the research division
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in final year of engineering school or Master's program in Biology, Biochemistry, Cosmetology, or equivalent discipline
- Strong analytical and synthesizing capabilities
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Professional English proficiency strongly preferred
