Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse material specifications, costs and availability for fabrics, linings, trims and haberdashery across collections.

- Maintain and enrich the materials library and technical documentation (tech packs, bill of materials) to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Monitor material inventory and consumption, propose rationalisation opportunities and support cost-control initiatives.
- Drive quality assurance for trims and haberdashery — coordinate testing, non-conformance management and corrective actions with suppliers.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on material KPIs, sourcing risks and cost fluctuations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in textiles, materials science, fashion/product development, sourcing or a related discipline.
- Proven experience working with trims, haberdashery or materials in a luxury fashion or accessories environment.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience in cost analysis, BOM management and materials rationalisation.
