Role & Responsibilities

  • Organize and prepare meetings and committees essential for project governance.
  • Participate in the creation and monitoring of project management tools to track progress, deadlines, and budgets.
  • Assist in all phases of strategic projects, from conception to execution, including data research, market analysis, and results evaluation.
  • Collect and analyze data to support strategic decision-making and present recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Draft detailed reports and presentations for internal meetings and project reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and support of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a communication or business school program, or any other relevant discipline.
  • Organized, proactive, curious, creative, and autonomous.
  • Proficient in office tools with a strong command of English.

Skills

Knowledge of project management tools and change management techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels. Quick learning ability and adept at managing multiple tasks in a constantly evolving environment.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but relevant academic or project work is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in communication, business, or a related field.
