Chanel is hiring a Marketing Manager, Fragrance in Hong Kong to lead fragrance launches, campaigns and retail activations for the brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the local fragrance brand strategy and annual marketing plan for Hong Kong, aligned with regional and global directives.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute product launches, seasonal campaigns and point-of-sale activations across retail, travel retail and digital channels.
  • Manage marketing budgets and calendars; optimise spend to maximise brand equity and commercial ROI.
  • Brief, select and oversee external agencies and production partners (creative, media, PR, events) to deliver integrated campaigns on brief, on time and on brand.
  • Collaborate with regional/global marketing, retail, merchandising, sales and PR teams to ensure coherent omni-channel execution and inventory availability.
  • Monitor market performance and consumer insights; produce KPI reports and recommendations to refine strategy and improve sell-through.
  • Lead local partnerships, events and experiential initiatives to elevate brand presence and client engagement.
  • Ensure all communications and activations comply with brand guidelines, local regulations and Chanel’s quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in beauty or luxury goods marketing, ideally with specific experience in fragrance.
  • Demonstrable experience leading product launches and integrated marketing campaigns across retail and digital channels.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, agency relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience translating market and sales data into actionable marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly structured luxury environment while maintaining creative rigour.
