Chanel is hiring a Marketing Manager, Fragrance in Hong Kong to lead local fragrance campaigns, launches and retail activations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the local marketing strategy for fragrance in Hong Kong aligned with regional and global brand objectives.
  • Develop integrated campaign plans (above- and below-the-line) encompassing PR, digital, social, influencer, CRM and retail activations.
  • Lead product launch planning and execution, including briefing and managing external creative and media agencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with regional marketing, retail, sales, visual merchandising and supply chain to ensure seamless commercial execution.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track spend and measure campaign ROI and KPIs to optimise performance.
  • Adapt global creative and brand guidelines for the local market while safeguarding brand integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, media, influencers and retail teams to drive brand visibility and sell-through.
  • Produce timely performance reports and market insights to inform regional strategy and product planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced degree (MBA or master’s) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing within luxury beauty or fragrance, ideally with responsibility for launches and integrated campaigns.
  • Proven experience working with creative, media and digital agencies and managing marketing budgets.
  • Deep understanding of the Hong Kong and Greater China luxury beauty market, consumer behaviours and retail landscape.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience using campaign metrics to drive decisions; excellent project and stakeholder management skills.

Experience
