Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in orchestrating the 3-axis marketing plan for Travel Retail and existing and new local markets.
  • Participate in managing the assortment of Perfume, Makeup, and Skincare, including launches, discontinuations, and specific assortments for local markets and Travel Retail.
  • Monitor and analyze sell-in and sell-out results and provide recommendations.
  • Contribute to the 360-degree support plan for product launches across distribution channels, including POS materials, samples, consumer gifts, and services.
  • Develop forecasting tools such as guides and order forms.
  • Conduct studies on product offerings and Travel Retail customer typology, analyzing market trends, passenger traffic, and consumption patterns.
  • Collaborate with identified teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a higher education degree equivalent to BAC+4 or BAC+5, or in a gap year.
  • Desire to pursue a career in Marketing.
  • Curiosity and sensitivity towards the Perfumes and Beauty sector.

Skills

Strong analytical and presentation skills. Excellent organizational and numerical skills. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written. Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience

Previous experience as a Business Analyst is advantageous.

Education

Pursuing a degree equivalent to BAC+4, gap year, or BAC+5.
