Chanel Events & Experiences Coordinator internship in Geneva. Support luxury events and client experiences across Swiss, Latin American & Indian markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support communications between Global and Local markets teams for event coordination and strategic alignment
  • Organize and manage all operational aspects of events, including facilities, catering, entertainment, transportation, location selection, invitee lists, special guest arrangements, equipment, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate logistics for client experiences with meticulous attention to detail, including invitation management, gifting preparations, and booking management
  • Develop and support communication assets aligned with Chanel's brand positioning for events and experiences
  • Consolidate and analyze post-event feedback to identify areas of success and improvement across all markets
  • Conduct competitive monitoring and consolidate insights for strategic reporting and sharing with stakeholders
  • Execute targeting and impact analysis of events and experiences before and after execution

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or recent graduate of a Master's programme at a Business School or University
  • First professional experience in the luxury sector or events management required
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous follow-through
  • Demonstrated responsiveness and reliability in fast-paced environments
