Chanel Marketing Coordinator position in Dubai. Support CRM strategy, client engagement, and boutique marketing initiatives in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor client analysis protocols on a regular basis, ensuring data accuracy and database integrity
- Implement and oversee clienteling tools with store management and fashion advisors, providing ongoing training and feedback
- Communicate CRM guidelines and marketing campaigns to boutique team members
- Monitor and optimize CRM budget expenditures and track key performance metrics
- Support the boutique team in organizing personalized client treatments and one-to-one appointments
- Embody and promote the House's luxury brand ambition and client experience standards
- Assist in event preparation, including guest list refinement, invitation follow-up, and logistics coordination
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative feedback from client events to inform future marketing strategy
- Monitor competitive activities and external market developments relevant to the boutique
- Provide feedback and insights from communication campaigns to inform marketing optimization
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel with demonstrated analytical ability
- Superior written and verbal English communication
- Fashion sensitivity and intercultural awareness
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport across teams and with clients

Experience
Recent entry-level experience or coursework in marketing, CRM implementation, or retail client management preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field (recently completed or in progress).
