Chanel seeks a Marketing Event Professional in Seoul to design and deliver luxury brand events across Korea.

Role & Responsibilities
- Conceive, plan and execute high-end experiential activations and client events in Seoul and across Korea, ensuring full alignment with Chanel's global brand guidelines.
- Manage event budgets, prepare detailed cost forecasts, control expenditures and deliver post-event financial reconciliations and ROI analysis.
- Source, negotiate and manage relationships with venues, production houses, caterers, AV suppliers, stylists and freelance teams; oversee contracting and service-level agreements.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders including regional marketing, retail, PR, creative and visual merchandising to synchronize event content and guest experience.
- Develop event briefs, run-sheets and risk assessments; lead on-site operations and team briefings on event days to ensure seamless execution.
- Curate guest lists and manage invitations, RSVP processes and on-site client hospitality in close collaboration with CRM and boutique teams.
- Oversee influencer and press engagement for activations, coordinating briefing materials and measuring media and social impact.
- Deliver post-event reporting with actionable insights, attendee feedback and recommendations to refine future activations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related discipline, or demonstrable equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in events, experiential marketing or live brand activations, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty or premium lifestyle sectors.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end events including budgeting, vendor negotiation and on-site leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and regional teams.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends and to travel domestically as required.

Experience
3–5 years of progressively responsible experience delivering luxury brand events or experiential marketing campaigns, including vendor management, budget ownership and cross-functional coordination.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or equivalent professional experience.
