Chanel Marketing Coordinator in Singapore: Event execution, client experience, and digital marketing support for Fragrance & Beauty division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute day-to-day operational coordination of client events, ensuring elevated and seamless experiences
- Partner with event talent and part-time staff to ensure clients receive appropriate on-site welcome and service
- Monitor and coordinate timely replenishment of event gifts and branded materials
- Support operational roll-out of events, including food and beverage coordination, vendor liaison, internal IT stakeholder engagement, and RSVP preparation
- Coordinate translations across Fragrance and Beauty marketing axes
- Support content and banner updates for Chanel.com and e-retailer platforms, including iShopChangi
- Ensure assigned digital assets are updated accurately and delivered on schedule
- Manage multiple operational details simultaneously while maintaining brand standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline
- Relevant experience or demonstrated interest in event coordination, client experience, marketing operations, retail, or digital-content management
- Proactive, adaptable, and positive approach with flexibility to support events outside standard working hours as required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
