Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate in-boutique client communications for collections launches, runway shows, seasonal celebrations, and store openings, including distribution of communication guidelines and campaign deployment
  • Participate in defining and monitoring clienteling objectives for the retail network and provide boutique support on clienteling tool development and optimization
  • Consolidate monthly analyses on strategic clienteling priorities and the utilization of engagement tools across the market
  • Maintain oversight of communication asset orders (brochures, mailings, catalogues) and ensure proper utilization in boutiques
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and marketing assets by serving as liaison between European teams and in-store personnel
  • Evaluate campaign performance, conduct impact analysis, and report on communication initiative effectiveness
  • Consolidate client gifting needs and support boutiques in managing gifting budgets

Qualifications

  • Graduate or soon-to-graduate student from a business school, engineering school, or university program (Bac+5 equivalent)
  • Minimum six months of prior experience in an analytical and multifunctional role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint
  • Fluent French language skills
