Chanel Marketing Business Analyst Intern, Paris — six-month internship in Fragrances & Beauty Marketing Intelligence, January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and consolidate weekly and monthly performance reports in collaboration with the Marketing Intelligence Manager, delivering clear and structured views of business activity
- Conduct business analyses and measure brand performance across retail and wholesale distribution channels, identifying key growth drivers and critical areas requiring attention
- Monitor product launches and marketing campaigns by producing performance analyses and translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytical tools and processes by proposing new approaches to facilitate data exploitation and strengthen reporting efficiency
- Support Marketing teams with regular market monitoring across competitive and trend analyses within the Fragrances & Beauty sector, complemented by store visits and digital activation reviews
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, university, or equivalent institution with specialization in Finance, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
- Prior experience in Business Analysis, Marketing Intelligence, market research, or data-oriented environments, preferably within Beauty or Luxury sectors
- Excellent analytical capabilities with strong Excel proficiency and demonstrated ability to structure and manipulate complex datasets
- Ability to synthesize complex data and translate findings into clear presentations, charts, analyses, and actionable recommendations
- Curious, agile, and proactive mindset with genuine interest in the Fragrances & Beauty ecosystem, competitive landscape, and market trends
Skills
Experience
First experience in Business Analysis, Marketing Intelligence, market research, or data-oriented environments preferred; prior internship or project experience within Beauty or Luxury industries strongly advantageous.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree at a business school, university, or equivalent institution, with specialization in Finance, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
