Chanel marketing internship in Paris: 6-month skincare product assistant role supporting campaign development and market analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Forecast upcoming skincare campaigns and manage campaign execution, including allocation of promotional materials, samples, and merchandising elements
  • Coordinate operational campaign management across multiple channels, including tracking product placement and promotional tool distribution
  • Develop and support B2C and B2B customer experiences and accompanying digital tools
  • Prepare training seminars and commercial materials for sales teams, including product presentations and ordering guides
  • Monitor and optimize the French skincare product range
  • Analyze sell-out performance data through monthly three-axis reporting and track weekly and monthly performance metrics
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative campaign reviews and coordinate cross-functional stakeholder involvement
  • Monitor competitive skincare market activity and new product launches
  • Generate post-campaign analysis and recommendations for future campaign optimization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a business school or university, with specialization in marketing
  • Significant prior experience as a marketing assistant in the cosmetics or mass distribution sectors
  • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to cosmetic products and customer experience concepts
  • Proficiency in office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent French language ability
