Chanel seeks a Marketing and Retail Coordinator for its Watches & Fine Jewellery Division in Toronto—a temporary full-time role through December 2026.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and disseminate key division information via trackers, calendars, event timelines, retail communication, and Teams Channels to stakeholders
  • Support product launch execution by coordinating timelines, assets, training communications, visual merchandising requirements, and CRM needs across internal partners
  • Assist with client activation and event preparation, including high-end business and year-end activations, with oversight of invitation lists, RSVP tracking, event briefs, gifting coordination, and post-event reporting
  • Prepare first drafts of internal communications, launch packages, boutique reminders, meeting notes, and recap documents for senior review
  • Compile recurring business and campaign information, including KPI performance, event results, product priorities, and boutique feedback
  • Support meeting preparation by organizing agendas, consolidating inputs, capturing action items, and tracking follow-up with stakeholders
  • Coordinate across CRM, retail, operations, finance, PR, media, visual merchandising, and boutique teams to advance priorities and surface delays or gaps
  • Provide administrative and budget coordination support, including purchase order follow-up, invoice tracking, supplier coordination, sample logistics, and reconciliation support

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, retail coordination, client development, events, luxury retail, product coordination, or related field
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple concurrent timelines
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to prepare clear, polished, and accurate internal materials
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, shared trackers, calendars, and reporting templates
  • Collaborative, discreet, and service-minded with ability to work across multiple internal stakeholders in fast-paced environment
  • Interest in luxury, watches, fine jewellery, client experience, retail, and brand storytelling considered an asset
