Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver event presentation materials to regional teams
  • Coordinate communications with external vendors including caterers, florists, hotels, and calligraphers
  • Manage procurement of client gifts, print materials, and digital assets
  • Oversee administrative budget tracking and internal billing procedures for client experiences
  • Monitor and manage team travel budget allocations
