Chanel seeks a Senior Market Research Lead in Paris to oversee quantitative consumer studies across global markets and luxury divisions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead quantitative market research projects from initial stakeholder briefing through final analysis and presentation, ensuring methodological rigor and data integrity
- Manage multi-market consumer and citizen research studies, incorporating cultural nuances across regions
- Develop thematic and categorical consolidations across multiple research studies
- Extract and synthesize insights from existing research archives through cross-source data integration
- Deliver impactful research findings to internal stakeholders through compelling written and oral communications
- Construct cross-functional, multi-source analyses addressing strategic business questions
- Oversee external agency partnerships and ensure alignment on research objectives and quality standards
Qualifications
- Approximately 10 years of direct experience in quantitative marketing research within an international context
- Prior experience building and managing multi-country, multi-category brand image tracking studies
- Advanced analytical and synthesis capabilities with ability to identify key themes and actionable insights from complex datasets
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in French (written and oral)
- Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects

Approximately 10 years of solid experience in quantitative marketing research within an international role, ideally within a consumer insights department of a luxury brand or research institute. Prior experience managing multi-country, multi-category brand tracking studies is highly valued.
