Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Market Coordinators for Europe and USA regions with operational management of the client portfolio, including inter-store order redistributions and delivery schedule communications
- Manage delivery errors and synchronize resolution actions with the distribution center
- Coordinate export of collections across different product lines
- Prepare and participate in monthly delivery meetings with markets
- Oversee international transfers and monitor delivery schedules and market-specific events
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for export and supply planning processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) or Master's degree (Bac+5) in Business School, pursued or recently completed
- Strong organizational and anticipation skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and service-oriented mindset
- Fluent spoken and written English and French
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Anaplan experience considered advantageous
