Chanel seeks Manufacturing Team Lead for leather goods production in Verneuil-en-Halatte, France. Lead a team of craftspeople and oversee quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure workplace safety and foster a daily safety culture across the production area
- Coordinate product launches in collaboration with technical development teams
- Organize sectoral workflow by defining production priorities with planning and scheduling teams
- Lead and unite the team in an environment conducive to listening, dialogue, and cooperation
- Develop operational performance in safety, quality, service, and efficiency
- Monitor and optimize material and technical resources within the sector and maintain technology awareness
