Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the people data and analytics strategy for North Asia and Southeast Asia & Australasia (SEAA) to inform HR priorities and business decisions.
  • Design, build and maintain regional HR dashboards, KPIs and reports that surface talent, performance, mobility and retention insights for senior HR and business stakeholders.
  • Lead workforce planning, scenario modelling and predictive analytics to forecast headcount, attrition and talent needs across markets.
  • Operate as the primary analytics partner to HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Rewards and L&D teams, translating business questions into measurable analytics deliverables.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, quality controls and secure handling of sensitive employee data across multiple HRIS platforms and local jurisdictions.
  • Manage and mentor a small analytics team and collaborate with central/global people analytics and IT teams to deploy scalable solutions.
  • Drive adoption of insights through stakeholder engagement, training and change-management to ensure analytics inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, data science, economics, human resources or a related quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of people analytics methodologies, workforce planning and HR metrics.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy and governance as applied to employee information across multiple jurisdictions.
