Chanel Operations Manager position at Neiman Marcus Fashion Island in Newport Beach, CA. Oversee boutique operations including inventory, facilities, and team leadership.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own all operational functions within the boutique, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, alterations, facilities management, security, resource planning and staffing, compliance, and expense management
- Collaborate with Home Office Retail Operations team to develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on increasing operational efficiency
- Lead all operationally aligned staff, coaching and inspiring the team to deliver flawlessly
- Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork
- Serve as the ultimate expert on all Standard Operating Procedures, systems and tools to act as a resource for the entire boutique team
- Lead teams through various projects and take initiative in driving operational excellence
- Manage budget and forecast expenditures for a multi-faceted boutique
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related operations or retail management experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
- Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- In-store presence required to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards, and deliver elevated client service

Experience
Minimum 5 years of related experience in retail operations, boutique management, or similar operational leadership roles.
Education
Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 87,500 to USD 115,000 per annum.
