Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities at the luxury retail location, ensuring seamless execution of store processes and procedures
- Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and merchandise presentation in alignment with Chanel standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and loss prevention protocols
