Chanel – Manager, Influence & Press Relations, Paris, September 2026. Fixed-term luxury PR role across Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Watchmaking.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated press and influencer relations strategies across Fragrance, Beauty, Fashion, and Watchmaking & Jewelry divisions
- Manage relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure brand coverage and partnerships
- Coordinate product launches, press releases, and media events across CHANEL Europe
- Build and maintain a curated database of media contacts and influencers by category and region
- Create compelling brand narratives and messaging frameworks aligned with CHANEL's luxury positioning
- Monitor media coverage and brand sentiment; prepare regular reports and insights
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, creative, and retail to ensure consistent brand communication
- Negotiate and manage influencer contracts and brand ambassadorial agreements
Qualifications
- Proven experience in press relations, media relations, or influencer marketing within the luxury or fashion industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Strategic thinking with strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Understanding of multi-channel media landscape and digital influencer ecosystems
- Experience managing communications across multiple product categories or brand verticals

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in press relations, public relations, communications, or influencer marketing, preferably within luxury fashion, beauty, watches, or jewelry sectors.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
