Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic fashion initiatives aligned with brand positioning and market trends
- Analyze competitive landscape and consumer behavior to inform collection strategy and merchandising decisions
- Collaborate with design, merchandising, and retail teams to translate strategic vision into commercial outcomes
- Monitor fashion trends, seasonal cycles, and cultural movements to guide product development
- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Strategic thinking and ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable insights

Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fashion strategy, brand management, merchandising, or related roles within luxury or high-end retail environments. Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic initiatives that drove measurable business results.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field. Advanced degree (MBA, MA in Fashion Studies) preferred.
