Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate divisional governance cadence including leadership forums, agendas, materials, and priorities tracking to ensure clear executive visibility and follow-through
  • Develop executive-ready strategic presentations and narratives (Budget, MTP, Country Review) that translate complex analysis into compelling storytelling for senior audiences
  • Act as strategic orchestrator across functions; manage cross-functional initiatives, action planning, delivery cadence, and milestone achievement
  • Lead Fashion Division engagement moments such as Lunch & Learn sessions with strong execution and speaker readiness
  • Support strategic analysis and action-planning on key business questions; monitor industry and competitive trends to inform leadership discussions
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships across diverse organizational teams and functions to unify objectives across multiple workstreams

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in strategy, business analysis, or related functions
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP)
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint (formatting, charts, animation, visual identity)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with demonstrated strategic storytelling ability
  • Ability to operate effectively with senior leadership without formal authority
  • Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
