Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor fashion expertise and styling initiatives for the Boston boutique
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product knowledge training to retail team members
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador and fashion authority for high-value client relationships
- Oversee visual merchandising storytelling and seasonal collection presentations
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align local initiatives with brand strategy
- Conduct client consultations and personal shopping appointments for VIP clientele
- Monitor and analyze client feedback to refine the customer experience

Qualifications

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail, brand management, or luxury services, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Prior experience with Chanel or comparable French heritage luxury brands is strongly preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating advanced fashion expertise and business acumen.
