Chanel Manager, Fashion Expertise in Boca Raton, FL—lead boutique teams in styling expertise, training, and client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver in-boutique training sessions on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors, positioning Chanel as the ultimate fashion house at each collection launch
- Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors to enhance their ability to provide personalized style advice, curate looks, and build strong client relationships
- Animate styling training workshops to strengthen Style Advisor confidence and skill in offering personalized styling recommendations
- Conduct on-site coaching and evaluations, providing structured feedback to Boutique Managers and Fashion Advisors to foster a culture of continuous excellence
- Partner with Boutique Leadership Teams on service indicators, Voice of Client results, and deliver qualitative insights to Fashion Expertise Home Office
- Design and deliver inspiring New Hire onboarding programs, supporting newcomers in understanding the heritage, DNA, codes, and singularity of the House
- Monitor styling training effectiveness through observation and qualitative feedback, and co-create action plans with Boutique Leadership on Style Advisor development
- Promote monthly digital learning content, track learning completion, and embody the Client Relational Promise across assigned markets
Qualifications
- Recognized styling expertise and confident fashion flair
- Significant experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality with deep understanding of client expectations in a luxury environment
- Proven experience in retail training, preferably in the luxury sector, with demonstrated ability to facilitate, coach, and evaluate
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect authentically with individuals and groups
- Proven ability to manage, motivate, and build a collaborative, team-focused culture with constructive feedback
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on schedule
- Sound judgment and autonomy with ability to exercise good decision-making and provide clear updates to management
- Ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality environments, with demonstrated expertise in training, coaching, and client-facing roles within a luxury sector context.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 92,400 to USD 107,000 per annum.
