Chanel seeks a Manager of Fashion Expertise in Boca Raton to lead luxury fashion strategy and elevate the client experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of fashion expertise strategies for the boutique and regional market
- Curate and maintain the fashion collection in accordance with Chanel's heritage and contemporary aesthetic
- Mentor and train the retail team on product knowledge, styling techniques, and brand philosophy
- Analyze fashion trends and consumer preferences to inform inventory and merchandising decisions
- Collaborate with regional headquarters and global merchandising teams on seasonal collections and special initiatives
- Establish relationships with key clients and provide personalized fashion consultations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury fashion management or haute couture environment
- Deep knowledge of Chanel's brand codes, heritage, and product portfolio
- Demonstrated expertise in fashion styling and merchandising strategy
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English required; additional languages preferred

Experience
5-7 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail, merchandising, or brand management, preferably with haute couture or premium apparel houses
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent professional experience
