Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspiring, concrete in-boutique training sessions on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors, positioning Chanel as the ultimate fashion house at collection launches
- Facilitate styling advisor and client styling development through workshops, individual coaching, and co-created action plans that strengthen confidence in personalized style recommendations
- Monitor and evaluate styling training effectiveness through observation and qualitative feedback, partnering with Fashion Expertise Home Office to animate client styling appointments and track KPI performance
- Identify individual training and coaching needs, conducting on-site evaluations and providing structured feedback to boutique managers and fashion advisors to foster continuous excellence
- Recognize emerging styling and retail talent, actively supporting their progression toward Style Advisor or Management roles
- Cultivate a growth mindset by engaging boutique leaders in learning and development initiatives; drive transmission of product and style content to maximize collection impact and support business objectives
- Partner with boutique leadership teams on service indicators, Voice of Client (VOC) results, and qualitative insights; provide client feedback to the Fashion Expertise Home Office
- Design and deliver inspiring New Hire onboarding programs in partnership with boutique leadership, ensuring newcomers understand the heritage, DNA, codes, and singularity of the House
- Embody the Client Relational Promise, fostering a client-centric culture that sparks emotion and builds authentic connections
- Promote monthly digital learning content and track completion, supporting retail staff in understanding and transmitting Chanel's fashion singularity
Qualifications
- Recognized styling expertise and a strong, confident fashion flair
- Significant experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality with deep understanding of client expectations in a luxury environment
- Proven experience in retail training within the luxury sector, with demonstrated ability to facilitate, coach, and evaluate
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect authentically with individuals and groups of all sizes
- Proven ability to manage and motivate, building a collaborative team-focused culture and providing constructive feedback with confidence
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver projects on schedule, and work both independently and transparently
- Sound judgment and autonomy with ability to exercise good decision-making and provide clear, concise updates to management
- Ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market
