Chanel seeks a Manager, Fashion Expertise in Bal Harbour to drive retail team development, styling expertise, and luxury client experiences through training and coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver in-boutique training sessions on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service behaviors, positioning Chanel as the ultimate luxury fashion house at each collection launch
- Coach Style Advisors and Fashion Advisors to enhance personalized styling capabilities, curate looks, and build strong client relationships grounded in individual tastes and lifestyles
- Animate styling training workshops and monitor training effectiveness through observation and qualitative feedback
- Identify individual training and coaching needs and tailor development plans in partnership with Boutique Leadership, providing structured feedback to foster continuous excellence
- Partner with Boutique Leadership on service indicators and Voice of Client results, delivering qualitative insights to the Fashion Expertise Home Office
- Design and deliver New Hire onboarding programs that ensure newcomers understand the heritage, DNA, codes, and singularity of the House
- Monitor and promote digital learning content completion, tracking training engagement and impact
- Co-create action plans with Boutique Leadership on Style Advisor development and client opportunities, including KPI tracking for styling appointments
- Travel frequently across boutiques within the market to conduct on-site coaching, evaluations, and ensure consistency of the Chanel experience
- Recognize styling and retail talent and actively support progression toward Style Advisor or Retail Management roles
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality
- Recognized styling expertise and confident fashion flair
- Proven experience in retail training, preferably in the luxury sector, with demonstrated ability to facilitate, coach, and evaluate
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with ability to connect authentically with individuals and groups
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, building a collaborative culture and providing constructive feedback with confidence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on schedule
- Sound judgment and autonomy with ability to exercise good decision-making
- Ability to lift 15 lbs, walk and/or stand for extended periods of time
- Flexible schedule with ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Passion for the House of Chanel, its heritage, creations, codes, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, hospitality, or related sectors, with demonstrated expertise in team training, coaching, and client experience development. Candidates should have a proven track record in retail training environments, preferably within the luxury sector, with the ability to facilitate engaging sessions, coach diverse teams, and evaluate performance with confidence and constructive feedback.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 92,400 to USD 107,000 per annum.
