Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the client technology strategy and roadmap to enhance omnichannel client experiences across retail, e‑commerce and CRM touchpoints.
  • Partner with retail, marketing, CRM, merchandising and IT stakeholders to convert business priorities into technical requirements and delivery plans.
  • Own product management for client-facing platforms (clienteling, CRM integrations, personalization and loyalty) including backlog prioritization and release planning.
  • Lead vendor selection and manage external technology partners, ensuring contract compliance, SLAs and successful implementations.
  • Translate client data and analytics into actionable roadmap items to improve conversion, retention and lifetime value.
  • Oversee change management, user adoption programs and training for store and client-facing teams.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance post-launch and iterate rapidly to optimise client journeys and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading client- or customer-facing technology initiatives in luxury retail, premium retail or fashion e‑commerce.
  • Demonstrated product management or program leadership experience with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Strong analytical orientation with experience defining KPIs and using data to drive product decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • Experience managing implementation lifecycles for CRM, clienteling or personalization platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; advanced degree preferred.
