Role & Responsibilities
- Spend dedicated time on the selling floor coaching and inspiring the team to deliver elevated client experiences for all customer segments
- Foster a positive and inclusive working environment that emphasizes feedback culture, diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
- Provide initial and ongoing training and development for all team members, including Chanel heritage, product knowledge, and service excellence standards
- Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving performance based on key performance indicators and organizational learning
- Represent Chanel in the marketplace through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events to develop the client base
