Chanel Manager, Client Development role at 57th Street Flagship Boutique in New York. Lead luxury client acquisition, retention, and VIP experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead client development strategy and execution across the flagship boutique, identifying and cultivating high-value clientele
- Manage a team of sales associates and client advisors to deliver exceptional personalized service and bespoke purchasing experiences
- Oversee clienteling programs, including VIP events, private appointments, and exclusive product previews
- Monitor and analyze client data and purchasing patterns to identify growth opportunities and refine engagement strategies
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and boutique management to ensure alignment of client experience with brand standards
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators related to client development and retention
- Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients through regular engagement and account management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail management or client development, preferably in high-end fashion or jewelry
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales and client services teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and client metrics
- Excellent understanding of luxury brand positioning and clienteling best practices
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous

Experience
7 to 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, client development, or related management roles, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be considered.
