Chanel seeks a Management Controller (Fixed-Term Contract) in Verneuil-en-Halatte to oversee financial performance, forecasting, and reporting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee financial performance and variance analysis across assigned business units or departments
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and management accounts
- Monitor budget adherence and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Support strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with operational and finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and allocation
- Conduct internal audits and recommend improvements to financial controls and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of management accounting principles and consolidated financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems and financial software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Skills
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial control, or business analysis, preferably within the luxury goods, fashion, or manufacturing sectors
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is advantageous
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Verneuil-en-Halatte, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
