Role & Responsibilities
- Support the management accounting team for the Fragrance & Beauty division through routine bookkeeping and transactional processing (AP/AR).
- Prepare and post journal entries, assist with month‑end closing procedures and ensure timely general ledger reconciliations.
- Help consolidate operational cost reports, perform variance analysis and contribute to budget follow‑ups and forecasts.
- Assist in invoice control, supplier statement reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for internal review and external audits; maintain orderly financial filing.
- Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and proposing pragmatic solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised accounting or finance programme (BTS/DUT, Licence, DCG, or Master's) and eligible for alternance/work‑study in France.
- Strong numerical aptitude with high attention to detail and organisational rigour.
