Chanel seeks a Management Accounting Analyst intern for the Watches and Fine Jewelry division in Paris to support financial analysis and internal controls.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as business partner to Watches and Fine Jewelry division teams, supporting budget planning, expense analysis, and dashboard creation
- Contribute to monthly financial analysis including P&L statements, inventory reports, and revenue analysis
- Assist in preparing financial presentations and forecasts for senior management
- Support operational teams in optimizing procurement (Coupa) and invoice management (Basware) systems to ensure financial accuracy and process compliance
- Participate in finished and semi-finished product inventory counts and reconciliations
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university with specialization in Management Accounting, Audit, or Finance
- Prior internship experience confirming strong interest in financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Operational English language capability
- Demonstrated affinity for information systems and enterprise software platforms
