Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the R&D team in the formulation and development of new makeup prototypes, including color cosmetics, foundations, and finishes.
  • Prepare laboratory prototypes, execute formulation trials and iterative adjustments to meet sensory, stability and performance targets.
  • Design and run stability, compatibility and accelerated ageing tests; record and interpret analytical and sensory data.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners — regulatory, quality, packaging, supply chain and colour labs — to ensure technical feasibility and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, technical files and sample tracking according to internal quality and safety procedures.
  • Contribute to ingredient sourcing, raw material assessments and sustainability considerations during product development.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a recognised higher‑education programme (Bachelor/Master or technical diploma) in cosmetic science, chemistry, pharmaceutical science, chemical engineering or equivalent, compatible with alternance/work‑study.
  • Practical laboratory experience from prior internships or academic projects in cosmetic formulation or related chemical formulation preferred.
