Role & Responsibilities
- Build lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences both in-store and via digital channels
- Deliver expert personalized makeup consultations that educate and captivate clients
- Share product benefits, category knowledge, and application techniques with confidence
- Host masterclasses and in-store events to elevate the makeup category
- Use clienteling and data capture tools to recruit new clients and grow client portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs
- Mentor colleagues and provide coaching on makeup application and customer service
