Makeup Artist role at Chanel's Covent Garden counter, London, UK—permanent, 37.5 hours weekly. Deliver consultations, host events, and build client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences in-store and via digital channels
- Deliver expert personalized makeup consultations that captivate and educate clients
- Share product benefits, category knowledge, and application techniques with confidence to clients and colleagues
- Host masterclasses and in-store events to elevate makeup category positioning
- Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow portfolio
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs
- Mentor and support colleagues on makeup application, customer service delivery, and sales goal attainment
- Champion sustainability initiatives across Chanel's four key ambitions
