Makeup Artist at Chanel's Harrods Knightsbridge counter in London. Full-time permanent role, 37.5 hours weekly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert personalised makeup consultations that captivate and educate clients
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences in-store and via digital channels
- Host masterclasses and curated in-store events to elevate the makeup category and engage clientele
- Share product benefits, category knowledge, and makeup application techniques with confidence to both clients and colleagues
- Actively recruit new clients and grow personal client portfolio using clienteling and data capture tools
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets whilst supporting overall business growth
- Lead by example in delivering best-in-class client experience and mentor colleagues
- Contribute to ongoing sustainability initiatives aligned with Chanel's four key ambitions
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of makeup artistry and application techniques
- Proven experience in client-facing retail environments, ideally within luxury beauty or hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to quickly build rapport and create meaningful client connections
- Confidence in delivering makeup masterclasses and hosting engaging events
- Collaborative and team-first mindset with strong communication skills
