Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver bespoke makeup consultations and application services for clients in the Harrods Knightsbridge boutique, adapting techniques for day, evening and bridal looks.
  • Provide personalised product recommendations and demonstrations to convert consultations into sales while achieving individual and boutique targets.
  • Manage client appointments and follow-up clienteling to build a loyal clientele and drive repeat business.
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and sanitation standards for all tools, samples and treatment areas in line with brand protocols.
  • Implement visual merchandising and stock replenishment for the beauty counter to preserve brand presentation and inventory accuracy.
  • Support in-store activations, masterclasses and private events, collaborating with boutique management and marketing teams.
  • Participate in product training and knowledge-sharing sessions to remain up-to-date on new launches and brand positioning.

Qualifications

  • Professional qualification in makeup artistry, cosmetology, or equivalent accredited training.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Impeccable presentation and strong sense of brand-appropriate professionalism.
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-footfall luxury retail environment.

Experience

Education

Certificate or diploma in makeup artistry, cosmetology, beauty therapy or equivalent vocational qualification.
