Role & Responsibilities
- Create tailor-made and personalized makeover experiences that foster long-lasting client relationships and drive sales targets
- Share beauty trends and Chanel makeup techniques to inspire clients in exploring the brand's cosmetic product range
- Serve as a Chanel ambassador, educating clients and enriching their experience through storytelling that merges brand culture with personal narratives
- Maintain a consistently stylish and professional appearance, serving as a role model for Beauty Advisors and retail team members
- Contribute to team knowledge through sharing best practices and fostering collective excellence in makeup artistry
- Support client retention and engagement initiatives while upholding the brand image and retail leadership position
Qualifications
- Professional beauty and makeup training, preferably ISIPCA certification or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of beauty and makeup culture and current trends
- Strong storytelling capability with proven ability to engage and inspire diverse clients
- Experience creating personalized beauty consultations and makeover services
- Proactive, self-directed learning approach with influence in makeup practices
Skills
Experience
Proven experience as a makeup artist or beauty professional in a luxury retail or hospitality environment, with demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales engagement.
Education
Professional certification in beauty and makeup (such as ISIPCA or equivalent accredited training program) required.
Workplace
