- Represent the brand at in-store events, launches and occasional off-site activations, and collaborate with retail and marketing teams as required.
- Participate in training sessions to keep current with Chanel product launches, application techniques and service standards.
Qualifications
- Professional diploma or certification in makeup artistry, cosmetology or an equivalent credential preferred.
- Demonstrable retail sales experience within luxury cosmetics or beauty services; proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with polished client-facing demeanour and high standards of discretion.
- Up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, make-up application techniques and skin care fundamentals.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends; eligibility to work in Hong Kong.
Skills
Experience
Typically 2+ years of professional makeup artistry experience, with at least one year in a luxury cosmetics retail or salon environment preferred. Demonstrated track record of individual sales performance and client development is expected.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; professional qualification in makeup artistry, cosmetology or an accredited beauty programme preferred.
