Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultations to immerse clients in the Chanel brand experience.
  • Create exceptional, personalized client experiences.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to contribute to Chanel's growth in the beauty market.
  • Capture client data to build Chanel's client portfolio in line with brand expectations.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve personal and team targets and KPIs.
  • Promote sustainability initiatives as part of Chanel's House Sustainability Ambitions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing role within the beauty industry.
  • Proven ability to deliver makeup applications, masterclasses, and workshops.
  • Understanding of business drivers in a retail environment.
