Chanel is recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a five-month assignment based in Vémars, with travel to Le Meux. The role coordinates equipment maintenance and contractors across logistics sites, supports preventive and corrective maintenance, and contributes to performance improvements and site safety.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance operations for equipment, organizing subcontractor activities across sites while taking operational constraints into account.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Provide second-level troubleshooting for mechanized equipment in coordination with IT teams.
- Manage and coordinate service providers within the assigned scope and provide them with technical support.
- Manage spare-parts inventories for all equipment, including building and/or equipment assets.
- Review operational performance indicators and propose action plans to improve performance.
- Propose medium-term improvement plans for equipment maintenance and/or upkeep.
- Share intervention schedules and performance indicators for the assigned scope with teams.
- Prioritize interventions relating to the safety of people and property.
- Comply with and ensure the application of health, safety and environmental rules during interventions and assignments.
- Support good working conditions by providing equipment suited to the workstation and the individual, and checking that it is used correctly.
- Welcome external contractors in accordance with established rules, verify their authorization, and raise any anomalies.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance at logistics or industrial sites, including work on automated systems.
- Organized and methodical, with autonomy and responsiveness.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- A strong service orientation.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to propose relevant improvements.
- Proficiency with office software.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years in equipment maintenance at logistics or industrial sites, including work on automated systems.
Education
BAC or BAC PRO qualification in maintenance.
