Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment serving the Perfumes & Beauty site, ensuring maximum equipment availability.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and control-system faults; diagnose root causes and implement durable repairs.
  • Support installation, qualification and start‑up of new or modified equipment in collaboration with engineering and production teams.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders in the CMMS; ensure spare parts tracking and parts replenishment.
  • Apply and promote safety, hygiene and regulatory standards on the shop floor; participate in continuous improvement and loss‑reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Vocational diploma in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or equivalent (CAP/BEP/Bac Pro BTS level preferred).
  • Valid category B driving licence (site mobility and errands).
  • Formal electrical safety certification and experience working under industrial safety procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on‑call or shift rotation as required by production.

Skills

Mechanical maintenance (rotating equipment, gearboxes, conveyors) Electrical maintenance (low voltage systems, motor control) Pneumatics and hydraulics troubleshooting and repair PLC fault diagnosis and basic ladder logic understanding Use of CMMS for work orders and maintenance documentation Spare parts identification and basic preventive maintenance planning

Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within cosmetics, pharmaceutical or other regulated manufacturing environments, with demonstrable experience in corrective and preventive maintenance.

Education

Vocational qualification in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, mechatronics or equivalent (CAP/BEP/Bac Pro/BTS).
